Construction Project Design Management
New Homes, Remodels and Additions
A well-thought-out design plan can transform a new home or office space from a blank canvas to a stylish and inviting space. We specialize in design management and project coordination for new construction. That means we do far more than decorate the space; we can manage the entire project from the blueprint stage to the finishing touches. We can work with your building team or bring in our building team.
Since 1998, Jessica Dauray Interiors, Inc. has worked with numerous clients, realtors and builders in the hottest housing markets in the United States, from coastal North Carolina to Manhattan. We specialize in walking homeowners and businesses through custom construction projects. We've also done this work internationally, including a building project in the middle east. We can direct and oversee every detail of the construction and design process, working hand-in-hand with the contractor and closely with you to make sure the space is exactly what you want. The clients who hire us find that having the designer oversee the entire construction process saves a lot of time and hassle.
Our job is to keep clients on track, in budget, and making decisions that are right for them - the first time. There are so many things that can go wrong on a remodel or construction project. Our job is to make sure they go right. We act as an advocate for our clients, whether we are working on the job site with contractor or negotiating with a vendor. We make sure all the decorative details are cohesive and unified. We consider every detail.
